When Will I Receive My Order
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All of our products are hand-made for you personally by the craftsmen who designed the products you see on this site. The items are then shipped direct to you by those very same craftsmen. If you order multiple products, it is very possible that you will get separate deliveries as your order may be shipping from different locations.
NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME - NON-CHRISTMAS SEASON
Please refer to the FIRST LETTERS of the product SKU code for the item you are ordering in to find the normal production time. The time stated below does not include transit time. All dates are approximate, may vary around major holidays and DO NOT APPLY during the month of December for the Christmas Holiday season.
FC- 12 to 15 Business Days
PCM- (coasters) 5 Business Days
PCM- (glasses) 3 to 4 Weeks
PJDS- 3 to 5 Business Days
PSS- 7 to 10 Business Days
SC- 2 to 3 Business Days
SFP- 12 to 15 Business Days
FM- 7 to 10 Business days

IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH AND NEED YOUR ITEM QUICKER...
Many of our orders are for gifts and are time sensitive so we are not able to alter the above production schedule. If the item you are interested in will not be available in time for your event, we suggest:
1. Check out our QUICK SHIP PRODUCTS that normally ship within 2-5 business days M-F).
2. Print out a copy of the item (select the "click to view larger image" under the product image) and include it in a gift card. You may provide us with the gift recipients shipping address and we can ship the order directly to them after the event. That way you can let them know a personalized gift is being created just for them.
